Starting off by completing a Bachelor of Music, majoring in Music Therapy, I am not your typical Education Consultant. I am creative, and despite this, I fell into the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector!

Relationship and Marketing Manager
With a career in marketing and relationships, and with a true passion for education, I believe that learning is the key to success and that knowledge is power. We live in an ever-evolving world where change is the only constant and it’s crucial to empower ourselves to be innovative, resilient and to adopt a growth mindset.
I strongly believe that relationships are vital in education, and that is why loyalty and relationship-building is at the heart of everything we strive to do. I really enjoy seeing the results of hard work come to life in a real-world setting and how education enables these exceptional opportunities to be created. The holistic and bespoke education experiences at Infinite Education and Training provide such valuable long-term opportunities. I am truly amazed by the skills and confidence that education builds amongst the teenagers, adults and organisations who work with us.
Outside of the education space, I enjoy being a dedicated mum to my young son and daughter and wife to my husband in my spare time. We are enjoying every day of our life in Brisbane, Australia, having moved from South Africa at the beginning of 2023.

With more than ten years of experience in the BPO business, I have dabbled in a variety of roles before settling into management and operations. I’ve gathered a wealth of information and expertise, which I apply to my work every day. Client happiness is my top goal since I believe it is essential to a company’s growth and long-term success. I have always been patient and prepared to go above and beyond to ensure that everyone walks away happy.
With an upbeat attitude and a pleasant disposition, I strive to uplift my team’s spirits and uncover the silver lining in any situation. I approach every team member with an open mind and focus on finding solutions that benefit everyone involved. While I steer clear of office politics, my decisions are always rooted in the needs of the business, while also taking into account the well-being of my colleagues.
When I’m not at work, I usually indulge in my love of dogs, a nice cup of coffee, and spend time outside. I enjoy hiking, trying new foods, and discovering new locations to visit. Such passions and interests drive and motivate me, providing a broad viewpoint that benefits both my professional and personal life.
Tracie-Lee Waldock
Tracie-Lee is a senior executive within the Queensland Government, with extensive commercial and transaction experience across a range of sectors. Having expertise in both public and private sectors, Tracie-Lee brings her Governance prowess to Infinite Education and Training, knowing firsthand the benefits of education and being passionate about innovation in the education sector. Tracie-Lee is an advisor and practitioner on multiple boards and executive teams and is skilled in managing diverse stakeholders and negotiating strategic outcomes with stakeholders at the local, national and international level.
Natalie Horrobin
Natalie lives and breathes education, as an innovative, driven and transformational coach and organisational development professional who works with stakeholders to design and deliver educational programs and initiatives which develop organisational capability and capacity. With a unique background in teaching and significant expertise in Teaching & Learning and school improvement, Natalie utilises a collaborative approach to build rapport and partnerships, understanding the needs of diverse internal and external stakeholders. systems thinking approach to rapidly synthesise complex information to cut through issues and deliver tangible program, project and event outcomes within her full-time employment as a Deputy Head of Senior at an Independent School in Queensland, and as a consultant to Infinite Education and Training.
Orhan Pek
Orhan is an experienced OHS professional and focused on providing meaningful safety support and solutions and making a positive impact. With education at the core of Orhan’s practices, he provides a comprehensive range of safety services, including risk assessments, compliance reviews, safety audits, incident investigations and injury management services. Working in senior leadership in the public sector, and an experienced project manager, Orhan applies his skills in cost analysis, organisational change and Strategic Leadership. Orhan believes education and continuous learning are essential for self-growth and progress in my life. Orhan is a key member of Infinite Education and Training’s Governing Board, and has firsthand benefited from innovative education through his recent post-graduate qualifications providing him with choices and control, and allowing him to pursue a range of aspirations.
Nicole Palmer
Nicki is an avid learner and passionate advocate for the power of education, having over 23 years of experience in the Australian Defence Force with a background in Leadership, People Management, Wellbeing and Resilience. Education holds a special place in her life, serving as a cornerstone for personal growth and professional development. Through her own experiences, she has recognised that education is not merely a means to an end but a lifelong journey that empowers individuals to reach their full potential and make meaningful contributions to society. With a Graduate Diploma in Strategic Leadership and currently pursuing a Master’s in Strategic People Management, Infinite Education and Training is grateful for the opportunity for Nicki to collaborate as a Board member. Nicki’s aim is to share her insights, experiences, and knowledge, and most importantly, to inspire and support others in their educational journeys.
Kenny Robertson
Kenny was formally a HSE professional and Registered Paramedic with over 13 years’ experience in the energy and VET sector as a lead auditor (ISO / Internal), trainer and HSE professional, including the delivery of training internationally in countries such as the UAE and Scotland, prior to moving into the TAE training sector. Through the delivery of over 30 short courses, qualifications and industry experience he has been able to adapt his delivery techniques to be versatile and engaging to all students, with a keen passion for learner engagement and retention. Kenny holds Training and Assessment qualifications to diploma level, as well as a Bachelor of Paramedic Practice, Diploma of Quality Auditing and an Advanced Diploma in Work Health and Safety.
Ahmed Abdalla
I am dedicated to empowering adult learners and fostering lifelong learning and believe in the transformative power of education and strive to create an environment where learners can thrive, develop critical skills, and achieve their full potential.
I bring my passion for management and marketing, with my experience quipping me to deliver practical and impactful learning experiences both within Higher Education and the Vocational Education and Training Sectors, holding Master of Business Administration in Marketing. Currently, I am pursuing a PhD in Marketing at the University of Southern Queensland, where I continue to deepen my expertise in this field.
My commitment to education extends beyond traditional classrooms. I also offer consultancy in social media marketing, helping businesses harness the power of digital platforms to reach and engage their audiences effectively. Through these efforts, I aim to contribute to the growth and success of both individuals and organisations.
Jo Gibbs
Jo Gibbs is a registered teacher, trainer and assessor, author, and artist! She brings her deep passion for education to Infinite Education and Training. With a wealth of experience and creativity, Jo is committed to empowering future educators through her role as a trainer and assessor for school-based education support qualifications.
She plays a vital role in shaping the next generation of Teacher Aides and Student Learning Support Officers, helping them develop the skills and confidence needed to succeed. Jo’s dedication to fostering inclusive, dynamic learning environments aligns perfectly with Infinite Education and Training’s values of excellence, authenticity and opportunity.
