Our Story

Having both had successful careers in School, Vocational Education and Training and Higher Education sectors, Vanessa and Mark had always thought about “going out on our own”.

In 2013, personal and professional world experiences caused life to invite them to evaluate and determine what truly mattered.

From here, Infinite Education and Training Pty Ltd was formed, to establish a client and student-centred business which is continually looking to improve and evolve, filling an industry need.   

From here, Mark and Vanessa combined their knowledge and skills to take a leap of faith to create an educational consultancy business; grounded on strong values and a commitment to working with people and organisations. 

Throughout our careers, as educators and Husband and Wife, Mark and I would discuss all of the opportunities that our new service could bring;

  • Innovative education that bridges the gap between the student experience and correct compliance.
  • Systems that work for all sizes of business and not just the big guys.
  • A support mechanism that also educates the educators based on current best-practice, so that they are able to grow in parallel with their learners!
  • Strategic Leadership for organisations to grow and adapt changes
  • Mentoring for educational leaders, providing services for them to grow and progress in their careers (download our Mentoring program here)

We created a culture where every day we positively change the lives of our students and clients, through our personalised approach. This for us, is our biggest achievement!

Since our humble beginnings here at (IET),
we have successfully;

  • Created opportunities to upskill Trainers and Assessors across Australia, travelling to deliver specialised Adult LLN services
  • Writing accredited courses, that fill a need in the industry and better the lives of their students
  • Worked with organisations to reach their dreams, including achieving Higher Education Status, RTO status and pre-qualified supplier status
  • Worked with organisations and Industry Reference Committees in addressing industry needs
  • Created a gorgeous little man called Emmett, a family of two cats (Felix and George) and an old and blind rescue dog (Big Sam)

Since the birth of our son, our reason for Infinite  Education has only increased. We pride ourselves in supporting education providers, regardless of size or industry, in re-aligning their practices with their values, and enhancing their student experience.

In our spare time, we foster children, as our learners and leaders of the future, we can never help them learn enough!
